Our offer includes production of steel structures according to our clients’ requirements.

The production is carried out in selected welding, machining and painting workshops which ensure satisfying high quality and delivery time requirements. After initial selection of workshops, the client is welcome to audit them for an approval for production of their equipment. All workshops have welding technologies approved by such institutions as DNV, BV, LR or TUV.

We can deliver:

Within the range of our engineering services, we offer complete and partial design of components and steel structures, e.g. for marine, offshore and onshore industry. We work according to our clients' guidelines and standards, but we are also able to select them ourselves and advise our customers. We can provide full or partial technical documentation, based on our clients' needs.

Additionally, we offer structural analysis of components and structures using Finite Element Method and analytical equations. We work using state-of-the-art software and hardware, which enables us to solve even the most complicated problems. Our reports can be used for certification purposes in notified bodies indicated by our customers.

Based on our workshop and engineering experience, we offer services of workshop documentation detailing. The service includes:

• Manufacturing drawings (cutting, welding and machining) with all necessary dimensions and tolerances;
• BOMs;
• Cutting plans;
• Welding plans;
• Measurement templates;
• Transport drawings;
• Other acc. to the customer.
